About Me

I'm a 23 year old missionary on staff at Reef To Outback Townsville, which is a part of Youth With A Mission. I currently work in the communications department, mostly on our websites. Our website is our main source of incoming traffic, mostly recruiting students to do our Discipleship Training School and some of our second-level schools, such as the School Of Music In Missions, Introduction to Primary Health Care, and Biblical Core Course. So that actually keeps me pretty busy, especially as we are taking on a new Marine Reach ministry, here. I also have been taking more of a part in youth ministry here, as well. We run one program called Youth Street , which I have been involved in (on the music team) for the last year and a half or so. Recently I also started doing a school program on Tuesdays, where we go into a local high school for a lunchtime program, where we talk with students about different issues related to life, including God. I also do a program called AUSLIFE when I can, which is something we do in co-operation with Youth For Christ Australia, it's quite a bit of fun. I believe God has called me to be a worshipper and an intercessor, and much of my life is spent in preparation and action in those areas. I am committed to a 1 hour time of intercession every day, and I often have a time of worship outside that, as well. I love music, and I believe that playing it is a part of my future: it is my dream to have a larger stage someday, to be able to reach and disciple people in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Here is my vision statement:

My vision is to be dedicated (as a band) to disciple both believers and non-believers, through musical excellence, planned interactive performance, and Godly, relationship-oriented conduct; aiming to teach the Gospel to unbelievers and call Christians to a higher lever in their relationship with God.

So that's where I hope to be heading, but really I'm open to whatever God wants me to do.
